Raster utility maps → clean GIS vector layers
Pipeline that turns scanned/raster municipal utility maps into structured GIS vectors. Ran the full sewage pipeline over 4,694 tiles of Gdynia — 10,797 features extracted, 6,811 stitched across tile boundaries — with a zoomable Leaflet map (OSM base + per-tile overlays + clickable labels).

Universal open-any / encrypt-to-any tool
A Rust tool that reads any source (zip / tar / 7z / age / gpg / disk image) and re-encrypts to any sink (age / gpg / AES-zip / native). Built as a 38-goal source→sink DAG with 18 composable crates, driven by an autonomous build orchestrator.
A terminal built for Claude Code (WezTerm fork)
A WezTerm fork rebranded as a first-class Claude Code terminal: dedicated shortcuts, session tracking, status bar, and overlays tuned for agentic coding workflows. All 13 planned tasks complete, with CI.
One-place seller for Polish marketplaces
Publish a single listing to OLX, Allegro, and Facebook Marketplace at once. v0.1 built and offline-verified; gated on marketplace partner credentials.
Overnight paper-trading strategy on XTB
Paper-trading bot on the XTB demo via xAPI/WebSocket. Implements a buy-at-close / sell-at-open US-CFD overnight strategy. Phase-1 scaffold offline-verified.
Cross-platform screen recorder
A capture → encode → mux recording pipeline in Rust with graceful Ctrl+C shutdown. Phase 1 complete: the full pipeline works end to end from a CLI.

NL→SQL/PostGIS distillation on a GB10 box
Teacher–student distillation of natural-language → SQL/PostGIS over a unique Polish-domain corpus (land registry, tenders, geospatial). Runs on an ASUS Ascent GX10 (NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell, ~128 GB unified), driven by a single-file autonomous orchestrator.

Shared VPN / proxy egress manager
Manages a fleet of Gluetun VPN egress containers behind a reconciler. Cut over 59 containers from a legacy daemon using a dual-label reconciliation strategy — consumers undisturbed throughout the migration.

An Orange Pi running a Home Assistant + Zigbee2MQTT + Mosquitto + Homebridge stack via Docker Compose, with Polish-named areas and scene automations for the flat.

Disguised end-to-end messenger
